Verity Croker

Verity Croker writes for a range of ages in a variety of genres. She has written four decodable books, two fiction and two non-fiction, in the Sunshine Books Reading Road series for primary school students (Brave Battle Friends, Odd Fish Countdown, Ticking-clock Quicksand, and Go, Eve, Go!) plus several junior fiction titles. Verity also writes young adult novels, her latest being ALBA – Hidden Secrets, a mystery set in Scotland. Her other young adult titles are Jilda’s Ark and May Day Mine. A trained teacher, Verity has a Master of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Tasmania.
