Troy Hunter is an adult and YA fiction writer whose short stories have appeared in a variety of publications and journals.
He has held senior marketing and communications roles in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. He currently works as a research marketing and communications consultant at the University of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
His debut novel, Gus and the Missing Boy, came out in March 2024 and was shortlisted for the national Ned Kelly Awards’ Best Debut Crime Fiction.
A sequel, Gus and the Burning Stones, is due out July 2025.
