Michelle Morgan is an Australian author whose latest YA novel, Flying through Clouds, was awarded the SCBWI Spark Award 2017 (Older Readers) for excellence in independently published children’s books. Her first YA novel, Racing the Moon, published by Allen & Unwin in 2014, was released in the UK and US in 2015. Michelle has written several plays that have been performed in theatre festivals in Australia. She has also co-written many songs her husband Luke and currently performs in a country music duo with him.
