Heidi writes stories for children, finding fun and laughter in the everyday. She weaves worlds from the colour, fun, and chaos of life, unearthing the magic of the environment around us.
Her debut picture book, Some Fish Have Moustaches, was released in June 2023 through Affirm Press. She was recently longlisted for the Just Write for Kids Pitch It competition.
Heidi lives in Sydney with her husband and two small, wild girls. She wanders the local beaches or explores the city in search of inspiration, pastry, and a good, strong coffee.
