Elizabeth is a creative arts psychotherapist and author. A former Eastern Suburbs sub-branch president, UK-born Elizabeth has spent the last 30 years living and working in New Zealand and Australia.
Writing across a range of genres, Elizabeth recently published Coastal (2023 and Shining City Sydney (out Spring 2025), both co-authored with friend and mentor Libby Hathorn.
Elizabeth’s experience within the mental health sector has led to many public speaking presentations both locally and internationally. A career highlight for Elizabeth was having her mental health stories transformed into puppet performances in Lithuania and shared with the public and European refugee communities
