Donna M Cameron is an award-winning playwright, AWGIE nominated radio dramatist and film writer who now writes novels. Her debut novel, Beneath the Mother Tree, was listed as a top Australian Fiction Read for 2018 by the Adelaide Advertiser, longlisted for the Davitt awards and was a finalist in the 2019 Adaptable program. Her second book, The Rewilding, which won her a Varuna Fellowship, was published in 2024 to outstanding reviews, including in the Weekend Australian.
