Eva Schroeder

"Reading can open up a whole new world. It allows us to escape, to meet new people, visit new places, discover new ideas and to see the world through someone else's eyes. It's one activity that requires our full concentration, so we are present, mindful and immersed when we read. Finding a book you enjoy is like going on a holiday, even if it's only for a few minutes."
