Dr Hayley D Quinn is a mindset and wellbeing coach, author, speaker, and former PhD-qualified clinical psychologist whose work helps people transform how they live, lead, and relate to themselves. She is a late-identified Autistic woman with ADHD.
From Self‑Neglect to Self‑Compassion: A compassionate guide to creating a thriving life is Hayley’s debut book. She is a regular writer for Creating the Muse magazine. During her PhD she authored the chapter “There’s No Place Like Home”: The Experience of Home for Young People with Acquired Brain Injury in Residential Care Environments in Health and Healing after Traumatic Brain Injury.
Hayley is a sought-after speaker and host of the Welcome to Self® podcast. She explores themes of self-compassion, sustainable success, and authentic living, drawing from both clinical insight and lived experience. She has presented nationally and internationally, and is known for her warm, insightful, and practical approach.
Hayley’s voice resonates with readers and audiences seeking real change beyond burnout, perfectionism, and pressure. She empowers people to understand themselves, embrace their values, prioritise wellbeing, and create meaningful lives and work.
Originally from the UK, Hayley now lives on Gubbi Gubbi Country with her husband and is mum to an adult son.
