Author Andrew will delve into the fundamentals of good short storytelling, how to write killer beginnings and endings so every word counts, creating characters with heart, and tips on finding a home for your story.

Andrew Roff’s writing has appeared in Meanjin, Overland, Griffith Review and Going Down Swinging, among other outlets. He was the winner of the 2020 Peter Carey Short Story Award and the 2018 Margaret River Press Short Story Competition.
